Hold a leadership or decision-making role in an active social or environmental venture or organisation addressing inequality; you need not be the founder, but employees and volunteers without a leadership role cannot apply
Your initiative must be beyond the idea stage; a completed pilot is the minimum
Enough English to take part fully
Able to commit to every part of the programme, including the full five-day summit
Places are personal and cannot be passed to a co-founder or colleague
