Who can apply

  • Age 14–25 (as of 28 March 2026)
  • Ability to communicate in English (program conducted in English)
  • Access to computer/mobile device + stable internet
  • Commitment: ~2 hours per week (excluding project work)
  • Current engagement with community OR strong passion for social change
  • Application period: 28 Feb – 28 Mar 2026
  • Notification: 11 April 2026
  • Orientation: 25 April 2026
  • Youth Development Programme: 2 May – 27 June 2026
  • Social Action Project: July – September 2026
  • Global Impact Ceremony: To be announced
  • In high school
  • In college or university
  • Just graduated
