The main focus of CSW70 will be to ensure and strengthen access to justice for all women and girls, including by promoting inclusive and equitable legal systems, eliminating discriminatory laws, policies, and practices, and addressing structural barriers. The review will include an assessment of women's full and effective participation and decision-making in public life, as well as the elimination of violence, for achieving gender equality and the empowerment of all women and girls. - Accreditation is required to participate in person at CSW70. Registration is possible for young people through the support of organizations in consultative status with ECOSOC (also referred to as 'ECOSOC-accredited organizations'). - To ensure the full and meaningful participation of adolescents and young people at CSW70, UN Women and the Major Group for Children and Youth (MGCY) are coordinating a registration support process to help youth activists connect with ECOSOC-accredited NGOs that can support them with accreditation for the meeting. - Upon submitting the form below, we will work to arrange a badge for you through a youth-led or youth-serving ECOSOC-accredited NGO. We will then be in touch to guide you through the process using our CSW70 Registration Guide to help you submit your registration via the UN Indico portal.
