The BPRC Fellowship is designed to train and place recent master’s graduates in high‑impact climate and economic justice projects. Its purpose is to strengthen the pipeline of policy professionals who can balance outside organizing strategies with inside governance work to advance equitable decarbonization. Fellows are placed with BPRC partners — community organizations, unions, or local governments — to provide policy research, grant writing, project management, and campaign support. Activities include drafting materials, conducting feasibility studies, supporting funding applications, and collaborating with technical assistance providers. Fellows report to a Senior Program Director and contribute to both partner projects and BPRC’s organizational development.
