The 10,000 Interns Foundation, a UK registered charity, runs one central application that puts Black students and recent graduates in front of paid summer internships at participating employers across more than 35 sectors. You apply once, choose up to three workstreams and a region, and the Foundation matches your CV and cover letter to employers with roles in those areas, while training you at each stage.   • Aged 18 or over
  • Black African, Black Caribbean, Black British, or of mixed Black heritage
  • Studying at a UK university at undergraduate or postgraduate level, on a gap year with a confirmed place at a UK university, or a graduate of a UK university from 2024 or later
  • Have not previously secured an internship through the 10,000 Black Interns Programme
  • Unrestricted right to work full time in the UK, already in place when you apply (for example British or Irish citizens, Indefinite Leave to Remain, or EU Settlement Scheme settled status). A visa that limits your hours or type of work does not qualify
