From a sanitary donation drive to a workshop for teens
Leatla Chinhoyi ran a sanitary donation drive for her local GBV centre and now wants to build a workshop that teaches teenagers her age to recognise mistreatment.
A sanitary donation drive for her local GBV centre was Leatla Chinhoyi's CAS project last year. She is at Enko Botho International School. "This year I went through a hiccup and didn’t take it any further," she says.
She has come to a realisation, she says. "GBV is prominent amongst my peers." As a young girl she notices "a lot of toxic relationships or entanglements other girls and boys find themselves in."
“The future is in the hands of those brave enough to mold it today”

She would like to make an outreach programme or a workshop for teenagers her age who are entering the social and dating world. She wants it to show them how to identify mistreatment, to focus on self love, and to "nurture themselves to be their healthiest selves."
