The Chemicals and Waste Youth Platform and the United Nations Institute for Training and Research are offering up to eight fully funded places on a five day study programme in Geneva, followed by a week inside the first International Conference of the Global Framework on Chemicals. Selected participants are in Geneva from 8 to 20 November, meeting the secretariats behind the Basel, Rotterdam, Stockholm and Minamata Conventions, then sitting in on the negotiations themselves and delivering interventions alongside country delegates.
