Invest Together in Women-led Impact returns to shine a light on innovative women & gender diverse entrepreneurs from across Canada and catalyze equity investment from values-aligned investors.

10 impact ventures will be selected to join a half-day Investment Readiness Catalyst where you will cover key topics like:

How previous Top Ventures set themselves apart
Tackling tricky (aka gendered) questions
Where to spend your time + how to avoid wasting it
Negotiation strategies + fair deal terms
How to build momentum post-close

Who can apply

Must be a women-led or gender-diverse venture, defined as:
Founder holds ≥33% ownership (ideally ≥50%).
Founder has CEO, CTO, or COO title.
Founder leads majority of fundraising activities.
Must be an incorporated Canadian company and a private issuer under Canadian securities law.
Must be seeking pre-seed to seed funding.
Must be solving a social or environmental issue aligned with UN Global Goals (e.g., healthtech/femtech, climate tech, responsible consumption, reduced inequalities, education).
Priority given to founders from underrepresented communities (BIPOC, 2SLGBTQ+, newcomers, disabled).
