  • Applicants aged 16 to 17 must travel with a parent, legal guardian or designated chaperone, who must submit a separate application of their own
  • Delegates aged 17 to 30 in December 2026 take part in the Leading by Example youth programme
  • You must agree to arrange and pay for your own travel, including flights, hotels, meals and travel insurance
  • You must agree to respond promptly to PeaceJam and to return required documents, including travel details, terms and conditions, a travel waiver and a photo and video release
