The Nordic Africa Institute in Uppsala, Sweden, funds a one-month research stay for students and researchers working on Africa in the social sciences or humanities. You get travel, free accommodation and a daily allowance, plus a desk at the Institute, access to its library collections on contemporary Africa, and a research host on the NAI staff.
