Who can apply

  • Applicants must be coalitions or collectives, not individuals
  • Coalitions must be US-based and operating within the United States
  • The collective must apply through one lead organisation that holds 501(c)(3) nonprofit status designation
  • Only one application per collaborative or collective can be submitted
  • Coalitions funded in 2025 are not eligible for consideration for funding this year
  • Priority goes to coalitions that have existed for at least one year, meet on a regular cadence, have a leadership or steering committee structure, and have a geographic focus within a community or region
  • Priority goes to coalitions with a minimum of five organisations committed to the collaborative effort
