Morgan Stanley runs this programme out of its technology division, embedding teams of its own engineers inside nonprofits to build the tools those organisations cannot build alone. No money changes hands. What an accepted organisation receives is engineering time and technical expertise aimed at one specific technology or operations problem, and Morgan Stanley says the programme is designed for organisations with enough capacity to take part but not enough in-house skill to solve that problem by themselves. Applying is restricted to organisations with registered charity status, so this is a record an organisation acts on rather than an individual. **What you get:** - A team of Morgan Stanley technologists working on your organisation's technical challenge, provided pro bono - Technical expertise and executional support rather than a cash grant.
