About this opportunity

Mitacs runs the Globalink Research Internship, a competitive 12-week research placement at more than 70 Canadian academic institutions for undergraduates from 22 partner countries and regions. Interns work under the supervision of Canadian faculty members, in disciplines running from science and engineering to the humanities and social sciences.

One to three semesters remaining in the program as of fall 2027
Meets the GPA requirement set for their country
Applies to between 3 and 10 projects across at least three Canadian provinces
Fluent in the project language, English or French
Available for 12 consecutive weeks between 1 May and 31 October 2027
Has not previously held a Globalink Research Internship
