The Liberated Futures Fund is an integrated capital initiative designed to accelerate a Just Transition toward a Solidarity Economy by deploying philanthropic capital into organizations working at the intersection of community wealth building, BIPOC self-determination, gender justice, and climate justice. The fund centers Matriarchal Leadership and intersectional approaches as primary levers for systemic change. It serves two audiences: donors with Donor-Advised Fund (DAF) accounts seeking to deploy dormant capital beyond conventional grantmaking, and organizations seeking flexible, non-extractive financing. The fund is structured across three interconnected layers: a $15M philanthropic grant portfolio committed to 24 organizations across four pillars; the Liberated Futures Impact Fund (LFIF), a $2.25M recoverable capital portfolio deploying grants, loans, and equity; and the Full Spectrum Impact Fund, a DAF vehicle with a $20M target raise that can invest in any entity, nonprofits, cooperatives, CDFIs, for-profits, as long as the investment serves charitable purposes. Capital is designed to be patient, non-extractive, and accountable to movement needs, with a revolving fund dynamic as recoverable capital is repaid and redeployed. Infrastructure and coordination are provided by Full Spectrum Advisors and Blueprint Collaborative, a worker- and community-owned platform that connects donors to grantees and investees with full transparency.
