King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST), a graduate research university on the Red Sea coast of Saudi Arabia, admits Master's and PhD students from any country into its science, engineering and technology programmes. Every admitted student automatically receives the KAUST Fellowship, which KAUST values at 70,000 to 80,000 US dollars a year: full tuition, a monthly stipend, campus housing, health insurance and relocation costs.
