About this opportunity

The INSEAD AI Venture Lab, a research and venture-building initiative sponsored by the business school INSEAD, runs the AI Founder Sprint, a free 10-week online programme that teaches early-stage founders to build, test and scale their startups with AI. It runs from 27 January to 2 April 2027, takes no equity, and ends with Demo Days where prize money is awarded. You do not need to be building an AI product.

What you'll do:

Weeks 1 and 2: onboarding, meeting your peer group and learning the core frameworks, about 4 to 5 hours a week
Weeks 3 to 7: applying AI to your venture through study groups, masterclasses and mentor sessions, about 2 to 3 hours a week
Week 8: VC Week, hearing from venture investors, with selected startups getting pitch feedback
Weeks 9 and 10: refining what you built with mentor feedback and preparing for Demo Day

Who can apply

Early-stage founder, from ideation to pre-Series A
Open worldwide; the programme is fully virtual
At least 18 years old
No INSEAD or academic affiliation required
You do not need to be an AI-native startup or building an AI product
Designed for founder participation only, not whole teams
Able to commit about 4 to 5 hours a week for the first two weeks and 2 to 3 hours a week after that
Selection looks at clarity of vision, motivation, commitment to engage, and cohort diversity
