Hult International Business School runs this free, 11-week team competition for high school students worldwide, and the 2026 brief is set by LEGO. Teams of four to six students from the same school, led by a teacher or counselor, build a proposal in response to a real business problem and pitch it through regional rounds to a live global final. The winning team is awarded a scholarship to study at Hult. **What you get:** - A real business brief set by LEGO for 2026 - Interactive masterclasses and Virtual Skills Lab sessions led by Hult professors - The chance to pitch your ideas to industry experts at Live Regional Presentations and, for the top 10 teams, the Live Global Finals - For the winning team, a scholarship to study at Hult International Business School; Hult says further prizes will be announced during the competition **What you'll do:** - Register your team of four to six students, with a teacher or counselor as team leader - Receive the LEGO brief on September 30 and build an initial proposal over the first four weeks - If selected in Week 5, develop the idea further in Weeks 6 and 7 and present at the Live Regional Presentations - If your team is in the top 10 after Week 8, work through Weeks 9 to 11 towards the Live Global Finals **Key dates:** - Registration closes September 25, 2026 - Challenge launches and the LEGO brief is released September 30, 2026 - Week 5: initial proposals reviewed and teams selected for the regional stage - Week 8: teams evaluated again and the top 10 chosen for the Live Global Finals (weeks 9 to 11) **More information:** - Registration takes under five minutes and is completed once per team; each team receives a team number to share with teammates - Teams choose a time zone preference of Boston (EST) or London (BST) - Questions go to futureleaders@hult.edu
