It gives UK delivery organisations and training providers grants of up to £500,000 over two years to help low-income young adults aged 16 to 30 without degrees into tech jobs and tech apprenticeships, as AI reshapes entry-level roles. Who can apply

Organisation must be based in the UK
Current organisational income of £1 million or more a year
The grant can be no more than 30 percent of the organisation's total income in any grant year
Programme must already have co-funding from other corporate or philanthropic funders or public funding
Programme must be free to the learner and target low-income young adults aged 16 to 30 without degrees in the UK
A proven track record of tech employment or apprenticeship outcomes and of reaching the target group; brand-new pilots are out of scope
Programme must include a new element, not repeat unchanged existing delivery
Participants' programme lasts two years or less
Must commit to independent evaluation, data sharing and publication of the evaluation report
