About this opportunity

Global Connect, the social impact arm of the UK coaching firm Coach Mentoring Ltd, runs a free, women-only online mentoring programme for people working in humanitarian, development and social-impact organisations. Each mentee is matched with an experienced woman leader for a nine to twelve month partnership that the mentee leads, setting her own agenda. Priority goes to women based in the Global South, including resource-poor and crisis-affected settings.

What you'll do:

Attend an online briefing before you are matched with a mentor

Join the midway support session and the final support and celebration event
Complete an interim and a final evaluation
