Worth checking yourself

!US only: you must be enrolled at an accredited US college or university in Fall 2027 and be in the US
!Small award: $1,500 for a single winner, of which $1,000 goes to the school and $500 to you
!The page gives 11:59 pm with no time zone; the organisation is in San Francisco. Apply well before 25 November
!The page disagrees with itself on who can apply: the eligibility list names women, gender nonconforming applicants and allies, while the FAQ says it is open to all regardless of gender
!The eligibility list mentions graduate students, but the FAQ says applicants must be applying to or currently in an undergraduate programme and not graduate before Fall 2027
!Run by a young, student-led organisation (founded 2023) rather than an established foundation
!The application form requires signing in to a Google account
