Generation Hope Goals is a youth climate showcase run by UN ESCAP with Save the Children, the Buddhist Tzu Chi Foundation, ChildFund, UNDP, YECAP and the UNFCCC's Asia-Pacific centre. Who can apply

  • Aged 14 to 24
  • Part of an existing group, network or organisation based in Asia and the Pacific; one application per group, represented by 3 to 5 members
  • The solution must already exist: a minimum viable product, or a service or programme running for at least six months
  • It must tackle one of SDGs 4, 10, 12, 15 or 17, the goals under review at the 2027 forum
  • At least one member must hold, or be able to get, a valid passport
  • Groups including children, girls and women are strongly encouraged
