The 50 Percent, a youth initiative of The Fifth Element within the Club of Rome, runs a ten week online programme that teaches young people to tell stories that move people. Fellows work through dialogue and deep listening, systems awareness and how narrative shapes belonging, then make real work: a short video, a blog post and a social media carousel.
