Fair Chance Futures runs AI Lab, a free, fully remote, five-month evening career programme offered at Columbia University and the University of Southern California. Fellows learn to use AI tools to solve real business problems for employers and move into AI-enabled roles in operations, business analysis and process coordination. Fair Chance Futures describes it as a first chance and fair chance programme, and the organisation serves people affected by the justice system.
