The Equity | Impact Center is a Pittsburgh research and capacity building nonprofit that works with nonprofit leaders, founders and artists across the United States. It is taking on one fellow for eight months to work alongside its founder and CEO on live programme design, research, data analysis and community work, at about 20 hours a week. The fellow is paid an $8,000 stipend on successfully completing the programme. **What you get:** - An $8,000 stipend, paid on successful participation in and completion of the programme - A letter of recommendation for employment, graduate school or career advancement - A certificate of completion - Direct work with Leigh Solomon Pugliano, founder, president and CEO, and the rest of the team - Workshops and learning experiences designed specifically for the fellowship - Skills in research and data analysis, programme design, community engagement, programme implementation and evaluation, transformative leadership, organisational management and strategic planning - An expanded network of nonprofit leaders, entrepreneurs, artists and business leaders **What you'll do:** - Support the design and implementation of Equity | Impact Center programming - Support internal operations, data collection, research and administration - Help plan community gatherings, from design through to delivery - Prepare for and take part in team meetings, strategic visioning and brainstorming - Prepare materials and resources that advance the organisation and its programmes - Commit 20 hours a week, in person and virtual, for the whole programme period - Complete a final report and presentation - Co-design part of the fellowship, with extra responsibilities shaped around your own goals **Key dates:** - Applications open September 1 and close September 30, 2026 - Finalist interviews October 7 to 9, 2026 - Candidates selected by October 20, 2026 - Onboarding November 5 and 6, 2026 - Programme runs November 5, 2026 to June 30, 2027 **More information:** - Full programme description, responsibilities and selection timeline on the Equity | Impact Center's own page - Questions go to connect@equityimpactcenter.org
