The EU Global Diaspora Facility (EUDiF) is an EU-funded initiative implemented by the International Centre for Migration Policy Development (ICMPD). EUDiF works to empower diaspora engagement for development through knowledge production, dialogue, capacity development, support to diaspora organisations, and mobilisation of diaspora expertise. Who can apply

  • Open to diaspora youth — young professionals with a personal migration background or heritage connection to a DG‑INTPA partner country
  • Post‑graduate stage (Master’s student or graduate)
  • Strong interest in migration, development, diaspora engagement, and global cooperation
  • Excellent research, analytical, organisational, and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in English and French (Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic are strong assets)
  • Reliable, proactive, able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Available full‑time for the 5‑month period
  • Experience with civil society, community initiatives, youth groups, or diaspora organisations is an asset
