YOUNGO is the official children and youth constituency of the UN climate convention, and each year it runs the global youth gathering that meets in the COP host city the week before negotiations begin. This is the open call to join the delegation going to Antalya for three days of workshops, negotiation training and drafting sessions that produce the Global Youth Statement handed to COP31. Applying costs nothing, but delegates pay their own way to Turkiye. **What you get:** - A delegate place at the official UNFCCC youth conference held before COP31 - Training in climate negotiation, advocacy and policy - A hand in co-creating the Global Youth Statement presented to COP31 negotiators - Skill building workshops and plenaries across three days - Contact with young climate leaders and youth movements from around the world - Visa instructions emailed separately to successful applicants who need them **What you'll do:** - Complete one online form covering your background, skills, experience and motivation - Write every answer in your own words, since AI assisted applications are disqualified - Agree to the COY21 Code of Conduct, and the Child Safeguarding Policy if you are under 18 - Take part in delegation preparation before COY21 and follow up activity afterwards - Attend the three day conference in Antalya from 5 to 7 November and help negotiate the Global Youth Statement
