  • In Kenya, Nigeria and South Africa, applicants aged 18 and under need a parent or legal guardian to consent and to help complete the application. In the United States that applies to applicants aged 13 and under
  • Employees of the Andrew Carnegie Foundation or Ashoka, and their children and grandchildren, cannot apply
